I have owned this house for 17 years ... every time it rains, ALL the water on the block finds its way to the base of my driveway ... there is NO drainage .. and so therefore I pump and I pump and I pump .. till all the water is gone .. and if for whatever reason I fail to drain into my yard and the water is allowed to stand still for a week, it not only collects all of the leaf debris that blows by ... it develops a stench unbearable to all live nearby .... I really hope the City can give some attention to this matter .. I have manually dealt with this for the past 17 years and am getting old and tired of it .... please let me know if this matter finds its way to any concern ....
