





D.L. Moody once spoke of a couple of pear trees on his property. One was beautifully shaped but never bore fruit.
The other — though not nearly as attractive — bore so much fruit that its branches touched the ground.
Moody’s point: “It is not how attractive we are, but how humble that matters.
If we only get down low enough, … God will use every one of us to his glory.”
