Rob continues to do an excellent job supporting the many groups within publications and at times outside of publications. Rob has a wide range of knowledge in illustrations and media production.
He supports T-6, AT-6 and all special missions variants with the exception of SM19B. He always produces high-quality product and is consistent with his methods and time requirements.
He works well with his peers and those he works with outside of the department. Thank You Rob!

Rob is doing a great job with the AT-6 and other smaller NPD programs. Even with another illustrator to support Rob, there is a large amount of work to keep up on. Good job Rob.
Works well with all writers. Has supported all writer requirements and deliverables well. Is always willing to go the extra mile and spend time to complete something when time is short.
No opportunity during the first half of the year to work any prodivity improvements, however, Rob is training another illustrator to use the military and special missions tools and processes.
Nice job this past year Rob. There were a lot of requirements thrown at you with respect to illustrations. You managed to get everything done while bringing another illustrator up to speed with the current processes used in Defense and Special Missions.
You are very knowledgeable, consistent, and careful of your work. You work well with the team and willing to go the extra distance to complete important tasks. Thank You.

Rob has completed all of the illustrations requests that he has taken in for all customer projects.
He has also received high praise for his illustrating efforts on the AT-6 by some outside of the publications organization.
During the preparation phase to send AT-1 and AT-3 to Holloman, Rob was asked to complete new high definition training aids for pilot training in Holloman.
The task completion schedule was very demanding and there was a lot of work to accomplish.
Rob completed the work in time and to a high degree of quality. Program and Flight Test were extremely pleased.
End of Year: Great year Rob on support of all fielded aircraft changes and for the AT. You got kudos from several persons involved in the AT program for your support during LAE.
Your team attitude shows. Thank You.

Your work will be referred to for years to come. Setting up a good system is important for those who come after you.
I also think you did a good job giving Nick some training in your area too. He will be a valuable asset for you as a backup.

Rob has decades of illustrations experience, much of it with the products he works with today.
Rob consistently produces illustrations quickly and with little change required.
He is relied upon outside the department by other departments regarding illustrations for customer reports, marketing, and other sales opportunities.
Rob is always cheerful and has an excellent attitude.
His role working with the Scorpion team gave others the opportunity to see the high degree of skill and professionalism that Rob has.
He is a team player and willing to help others whenever called on. Thank You Rob!

Rob is assigned illustrations support for the T-6 and Special Missions.
In this role Rob is the single point of contact and content creation for these platforms.
He has completed all assigned tasks without issues and within the times needed. Rob is very conscientious about his work and produces good quality art quickly.
Rob is highly thought of by his peers, he has a great attitude and will take the extra time to make sure his customers needs are met.
Rob also had the opportunity in the first half of the year to work with the Scorpion marketing team in the development of artwork.
His work was well received and appreciated by the Scorpion team.
He was also a major contributor to the T-6 Kit catalog effort in which he provided all of the illustrations for the catalog. Thank You Rob.
Rob continued to make major contributions as the lead illustrator in the Government Business, Technical Publications Department. He consistently demonstrated his abilities by producing illustrations for the AT-6C LAS proposal, T-6A/B revisions, CSTO A revision, T-6 Temporary Revisions (TR), and Mexico Supplements that directly affected the overall quality of the documents. Rob also accepted responsibility for performing quality reviews on the integrated flight and maintenance manual PDF files. He inspected 20 manuals with no negative comments from the customer’s review. To further ensure quality, he received training to import illustrations into FrameMaker to make sure all illustrations import properly, before releasing the illustrations for final incorporation into the manuals. Additionally, Rob converted numerous illustrations from the T-6 and AT-6 Wiring Diagram Manual (371), Illustrated Parts Catalog (535), Canopy Maintenance Manual (136), Egress Manual (47), and Structural Repair Manual (163) from Xyvision to PDF format. By completing the conversion process in a timely manner, he made sure that system testing of the new parts/wires database could be completed when scheduled. Rob consistently demonstrates that he is not only a highly skilled illustrator, but also a team player who is willing to accept added responsibility to learn increasingly harder tasks to help the Technical Publications team achieve its goals ....
